Real Human Leader was born from Founder Dr. Kira Wenzel's journey at the intersections of psychology, leadership development, and talent strategy. Seeing a corporate landscape often devoid of human-centered leadership and genuine impact, she set out to build a consultancy that prioritizes the 'real human' behind the executive title and organizational goals. What began as a personal belief has grown into a strategy used by leaders globally to tackle transformational change and build thriving organizational cultures.
